Prices, inventory, and offers are subject to change until booking is confirmed and payment is successfully completed. Final confirmation is subject to supplier acceptance.

4. Payments

All applicable fares, taxes, and service charges must be paid as communicated at the time of booking. Bookings may be cancelled if payment is incomplete or unsuccessful.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations, date changes, and refunds are governed by supplier rules and our Refund Policy. Change requests should be raised as early as possible.

6. Travel Documents

Customers must ensure they hold valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and any other documents required for travel. BS ONLINE is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documents.

7. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, baggage issues, or service quality failures caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers. We will assist reasonably in such cases.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false/misleading information. Content on this website is for general information and service communication.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BS ONLINE's liability is limited to the service fees charged by us for the concerned booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
